Our story
History and minimalist design, side by side
Fixie Lofts Colonial Villa Suites sits in Santo Domingo's Ciudad Colonial, a restored villa where original details, like a 1500s terracotta brick gate and a mahogany dining table from the old roof, live alongside clean, minimalist design.
Each loft is spacious and bright, with high ceilings, a full kitchen, AC and views over the cacti courtyard, pool and gardens. Some open onto private colonial balconies and terraces.
The villa has been featured in Condé Nast Traveller, ELLE and AD. Landmarks are a short walk away, and the beach is about 25 minutes by car.
